Prior to our engagement, Haymoon Resort experienced a sharp ecommerce decline, with direct bookings dropping nearly 29% year-over-year, signaling a loss of digital momentum and weakened conversion performance. Prior to our engagement, Haymoon Resort had no active Google Ads presence and relied only on occasional, narrowly focused META campaigns centered primarily on weddings. We established and structured a full Google Ads account from the ground up, integrating it with analytics and booking software to enable proper performance tracking and attribution. With a modest budget and a focus on lead and booking generation as core KPIs, we deployed targeted Search and Performance Max campaigns designed to capture high-intent demand. Over the course of the engagement, campaigns generated more than 87,000 impressions and produced several dozen qualified leads—over 50 in total—many of which converted into direct bookings. We worked closely with the in-house team to assess lead quality and continuously refine keyword strategy and targeting based on real-world feedback, ensuring efficient spend allocation and performance optimization within budget constraints.
