When i9media first partnered with CARVE Eyewear USA, the company had very little digital presence in the US market. No one was tasked with managing the website and the brand at a global level didn’t even have a brand style guide for asset creation or brand consistency. 

Once i9media got involved our team catapulted the brand in the digital space by building a brand book and curating a vision for the brand at a global level, started managing their USA website, added a D2C channel through newsletters and SMS, set up and managed digital ad placements, managed and grew social media accounts, designed and built brand assets at the regional and global level, curated campaigns to drive sales and more. In just one year, CARVE Eyewear USA saw a 91% growth year over year on their e-commerce and is building a digital presence that expands globally largely due to the efforts and strategies put in place by the i9media team.

Before i9media got on board, CARVE had a global marketing manager in charge of the USA ecommerce and a New York City advertising agency in charge of driving sales. A substantial investment was made and yet ecommerce sales saw no lift from advertising, with sales running flat from organic traffic. After partnering with CARVE and implementing various initiatives, i9media was able to lift sales on the USA D2C storefront by 91% in its first year all while reducing the annual ad spend.

When i9media first partnered with CARVE USA the brand did not have anyone dedicated to managing the social media accounts for the USA. Once i9media took over the management of CARVE USA’s social media accounts immediate growth began to happen. Over the course of one year i9media grew CARVE USA’s net follower growth by 213%, increased impressions by 65% and increased platform engagements by 87%.

Prior to i9media’s management, CARVE struggled with attribution and ROI on digital ads and ad spend was not providing any lift to online sales. Today, thanks to the partnership with i9media, CARVE USA has a robust infrastructure for online ads. Advertising takes place on multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Google), and it is carefully monitored and adjusted to achieve optimal results. In just one year, the average annual ROAS (return on ad spend) went from 1.7x to 3.4x, doubling on performance while spending less ad dollars overall.

Before i9media, CARVE USA did not have a dedicated team to manage email marketing for the USA and only had a couple basic automations in place. The account infrastructure had many missing pieces and was a liability for the brand. i9media stepped in knowing that email marketing is a powerful tool to drive sales and fixed the liabilities that were preventing conversions. i9media built templates from scratch utilizing the branded logos and fonts, set up multiple automations whether it was a new subscriber welcome, a browse abandonment series or a regular campaign, i9media built CARVE USA’s CRM platform from almost nothing to driving nearly 20% of e-commerce sales in 1 year, a 462% increase in attributed revenue from the year prior. And what’s more, i9media also saw a 357% increase in D2C subscribers in just 1 year.

Prior to i9media, SMS marketing was non-existant. CARVE USA had no lis of SMS contacts and was not utilizing that sales channel. i9media saw an opportunity there and opened up this sales channel for the brand and built a welcome series. After only just a few months, the SMS list began driving D2C sales, and ended up being 3% of attributed sales for the year from the CRM platform.

Prior to i9media’s involvement, the USA division of CARVE relied xalmost exclusively on the Australia division for media assets. Today, i9media directs and contributes to in-house photo and video production for USA-assets. i9media’s creative capabilities have provided CARVE Eyewear with many creative assets, such as a brand book, website graphics, newsletter templates, digital ads, post cards, tradeshow booth assets and more i9media’s in-house team of designers take care of all CARVE USA’s graphic needs whether it’s print or digital and has built multiple assets that the brand on a global level is able to utilize. In just one year, the i9media team designed over 1,000 creative assets for CARVE Eyewear.

When i9media first partnered with CARVE USA the brand did not have anyone dedicated to managing the website for the USA and relied on the Australian division for any updates. The merchandising on the website was outdated, there were broken/missing product listings and many other issues on the backend management. i9media stepped in and took on this task of website management. In just 1 year of management the i9media team completed over 1200 website updates including adding new products, fixing broken pages, updating current product listings, updating menu items, merchandising the homepage and more.

Before i9media, the USA division of CARVE had very little resources to help drive B2B sales. Once i9media stepped in, the i9media team worked closely with CARVE USA’s Executive Vice President on creating regular communication with dealers and partners via B2B newsletters, providing them with brand updates and assets, further building the amount of resources available for them to be successful. Additionally, the i9media team designed tradeshow collaterals including pull up banner designs and B2B newsletters to help set up appointments with media, prospect accounts and more.
